Titanic, left, her hull half-painted, and Olympic, right, in extraordinarily close proximity, with barely a couple of tugs between them. The graving dock is empty (except of water) because the repaired Olympic has just exited. She must be backed away before the Titanic can take her place. The pump house to left still exists, as does the dock, but the chimney has gone. This amazingly detailed picture was taken on Wednesday 6 March 1912.
